Our standard turnaround for an order that requires printing is 3-5 working days, upon receiving print-ready artwork and approval of our pre-press check.
90% of our orders are completed within 3 working days, if you require the despatch within 3 working days please leave a note in Checkout.
Your order will be processed once payment has been approved.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with your unique tracking number and delivery details along with the carrier’s details to track and trace your order.
We ship Australia wide through TNT Express and other courier service providers depending on location and size of the item.
Whilst we endeavour to use the shipping method of your choosing during checkout, occasionally delays or other operational issues with our delivery partners may result in us changing the shipping method for your delivery.
